Tips for playing lead guitar?
I've been playing guitar since 2005, but my guitar teacher is really just taught me chords: Now I wish I could play good but a few, but I know how to play, finger techniques playing (I think that's her name) and other techniques? Can anyone tell me some tips on playing lead / link me a video / website that can? thanks to:) By the way, I'm not a total novice, I can play alone, but not badass – I know what hammer ons etc. are as follows:)
A solo play you need to know everything right pitch. You must know what are the notes, but there are also some notes that conflict or gel well and if you learn guitar scales and modes to help you identify that. Also learn the techniques that can, and then practice jam tracks. Get learning materials, listening alone to enjoy and get a different teacher, who can teach you what you want. Goodluck
